I steam clean white tiles with black grout though out my house. I like the quick recovery when I add more water. I like the shine it leaves on my tiles. I am not crazy about the vac part. It does not pick up to much. Also it leaves dirt lines that have to be wiped up.

I used to spend so much time sweeping up my dining room and kitchen, because I have a dog and (my son and his wife's) 3 cats. With this, I am able to quickly vacuum and mop at the same time daily. I spend about 10-15 minutes a day, and it really helps cut back on the fur, which helps with controlling the allergens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only negative is it's difficult to gauge how much water left in reservoir. Otherwise I love it. I have 4 cats. Used it on my kitchen and bathroom tile floors. Got up all tracked litter and significantly reduced the smell in the house. dries quickly. And much easier than using a vacuum then swiffer.

I have only had the machine a couple of months and I noticed the water would leak out extremely fast and the floor was soaked. After looking at the machine I noticed as soon as I put water in the tank it drips out around the foot and vacuum attachment. I have called customer service and they sent me a new foot for the machine. Same problem. I have called back and now they are saying it is the filter so they are sending that to me. I hope it works because I really want to like this machine but right now I am having serious doubts
