Wife love it ,light weight easy to operate , gave 4 stars ,due to haven't used the steam cleaner yet . but wow she was amazed with the power of the vac ,used on the hardwood flooring and we have a short hair American fox terrier and the loads of hair the the vac picks up , never really realized how bad he sheds hair even with bathing him couple time a month ,,the equipment works great so far and is used 3-4 times a week

The combo. of vacuum plus floor cleaner puts this floor cleaner at the head of the class. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and live on a farm, so lots of heavy duty activity on 3,000 sq. ft. of tile. This unit does the job as advertised. The vacuum picks up dust, crumbs, dog and cat hair, eliminating the need for a separate vacuum or sweeping operation. The cleaning pads are super easy to remove and to replace. Nice job Bissell! Thank you for making my cleaning chores much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a huge hairy dog who walks in the house with muddy feet in winter. I am constantly vacuuming and mopping the floors. This wonderful vacuum does everything at once. It has a powerful suction in the vacuum and the steam mop works beautifully on my wood and tile floors. Cleaning is now so much easier and so much faster.

Lines of wet dirt, dog hair

Overall we're very pleased with this product. It makes cleaning the entire house (all tile floors with a few area rugs) simple and fast. My only frustration is half way through steaming and vacuuming the floors there starts to be lines of wet dirt/dog hair when you stop and pull back. Very frustrating. Any solutions? I clean regularly so it shouldn't be from infrequent cleaning.
