[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! I already own and trust Bissel products but was sceptical about this one. I questioned the ability of this product to actually vacuum up larger bits, hair balls and small pieces of trash or wrappers left on the floor. I could not be happier! I wondered if I should vacuum with my traditional vacuum before trying out the mop because I feared it would clog with all the debris (I have 4 dogs, 2 cats and 2 people living in the house). But I decided to try it anyway and I was so surprised and impressed. I was considering getting just a steam mop with no vacuum feature but I hated vacuuming up after using a steam mop (it would lift up and pick up hair, dirt and debris but leave it in a line when I was done using it). It was such a hassle to vacuum before and after with a different machine just to make sure it looked like I cleaned. I am so happy with this machine, makes it so so easy to clean. Now when there is a spill or mess it's no big deal because it's clean in a matter of seconds. #sweepstakes.

I bought my Symphony after seeing the infomercial. I challenged the Symphony by first vacuuming the kitchen floor, then mopping. After, I used the Symphony, and I'm ashamed of how horribly dirty my floor remained after I thought it was clean. The pad was almost black! I am more than happy with my Symphony, I am ecstatic! Now my hard surfaced floors are really clean....white sock clean. :)

I have searched far and wide for a vacuum that does what this can do. It allows you to skip a step, vacuum or mop. It's an added bonus that it sanitizes as well. I'm in love.

So it came to me with droplets of water in the tank. It does its job but its big and clanky.. I want to like it but its just too much for me.
