[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little heavy and the base is tall so I can't sneak it under furniture, but tad a while this is a great vacuum. I have a dog that's a professional shedder and this gets up so much of the hair and I love how bright the light is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do like this vacuum. It was super easy to set up, easy to use and cleans well. The only two items I wish were better is the attachment with the crevice tool is way too short. It would be nice if it extended out to a much longer length. Also, while it cleans well, the standard roller head does not reach edge to edge enough. I have to switch to the handheld crevice tool to get close to my floor molding. Otherwise, it is a really nice vacuum with all the features I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 5th Bissel product I have bought. It arrived very fast and in good condition. Easy to put together and use. The battery life is what held my review back. I have indoor cats with kitty litter trays. The vacuum works great on low for picking up fur and dust, but in order to get the kitty litter off my tiled floors I need to have it run at #2 or #3, and on the increased suction I only get maybe 15mins per charge. Cleaning and emptying are easy. I wish I had known it had such a short battery life in medium or high as this is primarily what I purchased it for. Still would recommend it though, just not for what I needed it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful little vacuum. The light feature is my favorite part. Allows you to see hair/dust that may have otherwise been missed. It doesn't do as well picking up dirt as it does hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst vacuum I've ever purchased. It just spits the dirt backwards at you as you attempt to clean, it doesn't matter what surface or speed it's on. I always have to sweep up hard floors after using it because the dirt is thrown at me and I've been using my old Dyson for carpeted areas because this vacuum only picks up half the dirt. The parking break doesn't work and there is always a dirt pile left under the vacuum on the floor where it is resting.
Cons: everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
