Works great on thin carpets but not so much hardwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly use it on hardwood floors - It's great for picking up hair and medium size debris. But it constantly kicks smaller debris like crumbs, cat litter, and smaller debris from the back of the roller
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is an absolute game changer! First off it has led lights so you can see in dark spaces and corners of the house. It holds a long charge so no need to be within reach of an outlet! And it picks up pet hair so easily! Love love love!!!!!

The only two items I wish were better is the attachment with the crevice tool is way too short. It would be nice if it extended out to a much longer length. Also, while it cleans well, the standard roller head does not reach edge to edge enough. I have to switch to the handheld crevice tool to get close to my floor molding. Otherwise, it is a really nice vacuum with all the features I was looking for.

When I received this bissel iconpet vacuum I knew I was missing out this whole time. It's very powerful and picks up so much more then I thought my old vacuum was picking up. It's lightweight. Comes with several attachments that are very handy and everything hangs right on the wall all while charging at the same time. I also like the fact that everything is washable so your saving on filters in the long run. Simple and easy to use overall great product.

The IConPet has great suction for cleaning next to baseboards and slim profile allows me to get clean under my couch and other furniture. Disappointed to find the vacuum does not stand up on its own (which explains the need for the wall-hung charging unit). Have only used it once so far and was surprised/disappointed that the battery showed ~1/3 battery drain after ~10 minutes of usage. Will see how well the battery holds up with further use. Overall, am pretty pleased with it so far.

Hi Keith. The cleaning mode makes a difference in run-time. If you're doing hard floors you can get up to 50 minutes using the low setting. Hope this helps!
