The only two items I wish were better is the attachment with the crevice tool is way too short. It would be nice if it extended out to a much longer length. Also, while it cleans well, the standard roller head does not reach edge to edge enough. I have to switch to the handheld crevice tool to get close to my floor molding. Otherwise, it is a really nice vacuum with all the features I was looking for.

When I received this bissel iconpet vacuum I knew I was missing out this whole time. It's very powerful and picks up so much more then I thought my old vacuum was picking up. It's lightweight. Comes with several attachments that are very handy and everything hangs right on the wall all while charging at the same time. I also like the fact that everything is washable so your saving on filters in the long run. Simple and easy to use overall great product.

The IConPet has great suction for cleaning next to baseboards and slim profile allows me to get clean under my couch and other furniture. Disappointed to find the vacuum does not stand up on its own (which explains the need for the wall-hung charging unit). Have only used it once so far and was surprised/disappointed that the battery showed ~1/3 battery drain after ~10 minutes of usage. Will see how well the battery holds up with further use. Overall, am pretty pleased with it so far.

Hi Keith. The cleaning mode makes a difference in run-time. If you're doing hard floors you can get up to 50 minutes using the low setting. Hope this helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that the machine is lightweight, cordless and has multiple attachments. I've tried this vacuum on every surface, my hardwood floors in my living room my tile floors in my kitchen and my carpet. I've even used it on my couch which was the biggest test for me because I have a dog that sheds a lot and it got up all the hair in two passes. The pivoting head makes it easy to maneuver and I also like the wheel stopper, it comes in handy when you just need to prop the vacuum up for a quick second. The holder is a genius idea through and through the installation was very easy. I like that it has a leveler built into it to make it super easy for anyone. and the fact that the charging cord is based inside of it is also a great idea! The only problem I have is the battery could last a while longer and it could be a little Quieter.
