Hope it's better than the last version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the model right before this one. I saved for it and was so excited. It turned out being one of the biggest frustrations and regrets. When it's not clogged, it works great. But it clogs SO easily and even when you've taken it apart and cleaned every crevice, it still just gets clogged. I don't mind having to charge it often and empty the dirt catcher often. But the fact that I just can't use this vacuum and it's too late to get my money back, is really disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sure it is lightweight but I kept noticing it wasn't really doing a good job of cleaning up all the dirt and hair as it should. I will change this review if I confirm that it is faulty and a vacuum in working condition does a much better job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two very fluffy cats so our house is always covered in fur. This is the best vacuum for cleaning that up on all kinds of surfaces. Every pet owner needs one. I also like that it has as much power as a full sized vacuum but it's much smaller and easier to maneuver. I am disabled and it would be impossible for me to handle a full sized vacuum, so this one is perfect. Powerful, efficient, and doesn't take up much space in the house.

Works great on thin carpets but not so much hardwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is an absolute game changer! First off it has led lights so you can see in dark spaces and corners of the house. It holds a long charge so no need to be within reach of an outlet! And it picks up pet hair so easily! Love love love!!!!!
