Works great on thin carpets but not so much hardwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly use it on hardwood floors - It's great for picking up hair and medium size debris. But it constantly kicks smaller debris like crumbs, cat litter, and smaller debris from the back of the roller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bissell Icon Pet Pro Cordless through Canadian Tire in November 2021, and by June 2022 I was already having issues with it. I was provided some troubleshooting links through Bissell to no avail; and honestly I gave up. I have had the vacuum for less than 2 years and I wish I had just purchased the Dyson like everyone told me to. This vacuum is not worth your hard earned money, even if people say they are comparable to a Dyson. Within 7 months the battery life was already reduced and now the suction of the vacuum is hit/miss. I live in a 600 sq. ft. apartment so it's not like I am using this for hours on end. Overall just disappointed and wish I hadn't purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned quite a few stick vacuums in my life but when I got this ICONpet®️ Turbo Edge from Bissell®️, I was like WOW! This is so much more than your typical cordless stick vacuum cleaner. First off, I love the way this vacuum looks. The black with the green neon detailing looks so cool and modern. This vacuum is quick and easy to assemble. The extension wand snaps into the motorized floor cleaning foot and the hand vacuum part snaps to the top of the extension wand - and that's it! So simple! This vacuum has not one, but three modes going from low (for hard floors) to high (for carpet and rugs) to turbo for maximum suction. The suction power of this vacuum is truly unbeatable. This vacuum was picking up so much dirt, dust and debris that my old vacuum was apparently missing every single time. The suction power is so strong that I've yet to even need the turbo mode. Between the high mode and low mode alone, my floors have never been so clean. And the rolling food brush makes cleaning up pet hair a breeze. The control panel lights up to indicate what mode the vacuum is in and it's so easy to switch between the modes by simple pressing the 'mode' button. I'm so impressed with the attachments this vacuum comes with too. It has a hose, a LED Motorized TurboBrush®️, a lighted crevice tool and dusting brush. These attachments make it possible to get every nook and cranny cleaner than they've ever been. These attachments can also be used on just the hand vac part too so you can clean furniture, drapes, upholstery etc. I love that by just detaching the top part of the assembled vacuum that you automatically have a hand vac too. It's like having 2 vacuums in one. The dirt tank or canister is easy to remove and empty and it easily snaps back into place. I love that it's clear too so you can really see just how much this vacuum is picking up. Another cool feature is the light up cleaning foot. It shines a bright light in front to make seeing what needs to be vacuumed even easier. This vacuum is completely rechargeable, hands free and lightweight enough to make vacuuming stairs so easy. This vacuum also comes with super convenient wall storage and charging station. I love this so much because I have limited closet space so to be able to store my vacuum on the wall is just perfect for me. All in all, I truly couldn't dream up a more efficient, easy to operate and powerful stick vacuum. I will be telling everyone I know how much they need this vacuum in their life! Highly recommended!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do like this vacuum. It was super easy to set up, easy to use and cleans well. The only two items I wish were better is the attachment with the crevice tool is way too short. It would be nice if it extended out to a much longer length. Also, while it cleans well, the standard roller head does not reach edge to edge enough. I have to switch to the handheld crevice tool to get close to my floor molding. Otherwise, it is a really nice vacuum with all the features I was looking for.

Disappointing Battery Life

I was so ecstatic when I bought this one, being a mom I thought this would life changing especially when its time to do the stairs. After a good nights charge I first targetted the stairs in my home. I have dog, a cat and 3 growing boys, so the stairs see it all. I ran the vacuum on the 3rd mode "turbo", while the suction was great it was disgusting to see what has been left behind, I was so disappointed when the vaccum died with 2 steps to go. I thought for what I spent on this vacuum that I would get much more than a 10 minute vacuum on the average flight on stairs. I would not recommend this to a friend based upon the battery life alone.
Pros: Deep cleaning, Easy to use, Lightweight
Cons: High Traffic Areas, Small Spaces
