Really like the backpack. It has loads of space but doesn’t seem big on the outside. Also like when I sit it down it sits upright. Not a feature I would have thought useful but appreciate it. Really like that there are many pockets and compartments. And my 22 oz hydroflask fits perfectly in either side.

The Add-A-Bag Sleeve Needs Improvement

I purchased this backpack in 2023, and so far, it's been amazing in terms of structure and durability. No issues with the zippers or any other components. I travel a lot—about 60 flights per year—and the backpack still looks great, which speaks volumes about its quality.
However, I'm giving it 3 stars because of the "Add-A-Bag sleeve," which has been a significant inconvenience for me as a frequent traveler. While the feature is designed to attach the backpack to a luggage handle, it's incredibly uncomfortable to use. It’s almost impossible to do it with one hand or quickly. The sleeve tends to get stuck on the head of the luggage handle, requiring both hands and a fair amount of effort to stretch and detach the backpack.
This should be an easy and seamless operation for a travel-focused backpack, but unfortunately, it’s not. While the bag excels in other areas, this particular flaw is frustrating enough to affect the overall experience.

Good Size

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He Loves it !! He had been searching for a new backpack to use when we travel because his old one was literally coming apart. This one has great pocket organization, the side pockets hold a 20oz bottle with plenty of room to spare, its roomy on the inside and fits a larger laptop with ease. The straps are padded and comfortable.

Love it - work and travel superstar

Awesome backpack. Holds pretty much everything I need for work and for travel and it's all super convenient to access. Especially love the little magnetic pocket for my phone and passport near the handle. Also perfect size for my water bottle. Of course it's also stylish, but you expect that from Tumi.

Great travel bag

I love this bag. Overall the style is perfect for me. Drawbacks: the top pocket can’t hold its shape, there isn’t much gap between the bottom of the laptop sleeve and the bottom of the bag. If that upper pocket were reinforced this would be perfect for me.
