This is the worst coffee I've ever tasted from Keurig or anyone else. So bitter that I had to throw it out. I've contacted customer service in an effort to either get a refund or a replacement.

Not a strong or even old taste. I didn’t know Keurig doesn’t have returns. Stuck with 96 cups. I thought this was like the flavor but I found out it was chocolate kahlua 🤨
