Unreliable, Barely Functional, Poor Build

Out of the box I had to factory reset it five times to get the right earbud to work. For the price point, the Noise Cancellation and Transparency options are the main reasons to buy this over another product, but mine doesn't work properly. There is some issue with the external microphone that pics up static and distorts what the headset is playing quite painfully.
The audio that plays through the dongle sounds like it's underwater. You have to unplug and re-plug the dongle constantly to reset this problem.
The build is dirt cheap for such an expensive earbud. Steer clear of this one. Disappointing from Logitech.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
