I love it - professional and clean

I’ve worn this bag for work going on 3 years, and it still looks incredible. It’s very functional and definitely stands out. I had an issue with a zipper that was caused by me (jammed way too much stuff in when traveling) and TUMI fixed for free under warranty.

Perfect sized backpack with the right details for the frequent traveler.

Before deciding, I checked out many backpacks, including trying on several Tumi and other bags at airport shops. Like all Tumi products, the Warren is made for the regular traveler, with all the thoughtful details. There are enough pockets but not too many, so things get lost. The slip pocket for your phone while going through security is an excellent detail. The Warren looks professional and high-end, and I feel good wearing it. It's a great overall size with plenty of space for the things you want on the plane. I also did a day trip recently and could carry a change of clothes and a dopp kit with room to spare.

Beautiful Sleek Backpack - Needs Shorter Straps

Beautiful backpack, but I am 5’5” and straps are long even adjusted to the shortest length. I knew this upon purchase and always planned to take to a quality tailor for alteration but still find it unfortunate. Just be aware of the same and you try on before buying.
Otherwise, fits my laptop and external portable monitor really well (many of their sleeker backpacks and none of the women’s backpacks fit my external monitor in its case) with room for accessories.

In store seller Willie in New York lied to us and said there wasn’t a leather version of this. Very upset with this purchase.

Expensive but worth it

Perfect size for travel! I love the different compartments, lap top in the back easy to get to. Quality is worth the price! I like the fabric vs leather, easy to keep clean and free from scratches.

Bad Straps

Extremely uncomfortable straps As they are not padded. The straps are also too long and don’t adjust enough for a shorter frame. The straps also fall down, don’t stay in place.
All of these issues with the straps make the backpack not worth it as it gives bad back and shoulder pain.
