Great bottle but spout could improve

I am satisfied with the purchase but, the spout (although well designed) seems to fall inward if you are trying to pour water into a glass. If there is a way that can be fixed, that would be great. This may not be designed for being used like a jug, but people would tend to use this to pour out the stored liquid into glasses. You can firm up the hinges of the lid or make it lockable when fully opened like with a spring loaded lid catch. If you use this idea of mine, don't forget my royalty though. You have my email.

These bottles are amazing. The only ones I use now especially because the cap stays sanitary. The insulated bottles keep my water cold all day even in a hot car or sitting in the sun. I've also dropped my metal bottle before onto rocks and there wasn't even a scratch on the bottle. Wish there were more of the colors offered in the 40oz bottle and larger. Also love that the 40oz bottles are the same width as the 32oz bottle except taller because that way I can still fit both sizes in my large cup holder adapter.

Bought this several weeks ago. Like many reviews...keeps water cold. Left 40oz bottle on car seat, the exterior of the container was HOT, but opened up to drink and water was still icy cold on inside. Love the carry handle. Unscrewing cap to drink is a minor hassle compared to popping up the typical “straw” too but I can live with that. I especially like the powder blue bottle!

Finally! A water bottle that keeps my water cold. I love my Takeya 40oz water bottle it was worth the money. I use it st the beach or take it with me when i go shopping. Either way my water is always cold.

This bottle is made so well. Its lightweight the handle is easy to hold and the spout flows the water very smoothly in your mouth,
However the water doesn’t stay as cold after couple of hours, my previous bottles kept water ice cold till next day. This is the only reason i took one star away.

The bottom rubber bumper kept falling off and wouldn't stay on, so I ended up gluing it in place. Next thing I found out is if you leave the bottle in direct sunlight for a few minutes you will burn your fingers when you go to grab it. But it does keep the temperature of the liquid and is easy to drink from. I'll have to see if the plastic handle holds up. Could use something grippy for the sides to better hold it.
