This device constantly fails. In the middle of editing videos this device will restart and erase all earlier work. We actually purchased two that encounter the same problem. There is not a good way to reach Asus customer support either regarding these devices.

This is a fantastic machine. Although I didn’t need it, I increase the RAM from 32 to 64 gig. I am still very much in the learning curve on windows 11. I have also bought my daughter, a pro art laptop, and her roommate an ROG. 14 years ago I bought my first Asus, which is now replaced by this pro art desktop. I am a big fan of Asus products. I also have an Asus Blu-ray disc player recorder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had high hopes but this desktop had a lot of issues, it will restart out of nowhere. I tried to fix it with bios and driver updates, even I did a factory reset and it still will restart out of nowhere. Also the keyboard and mouse had a delayed and they felt cheap. I have ended up returning the item.

I am enjoying my new system. Couple of small issues: no dongle was included for the wireless keyboard and mouse, the guides do NOT mention the power switch located on the back of the system.

I really give this 0 stars. It constantly crashes, sometimes multiple times a day. Considering the hardware in the machine, it should run fast and clean but it’s super slow, especially with the internet. Asus has pretty much done nothing to try and resolve the problem. Do not buy anything Asus, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction and spend your money on something else. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Lacking additional drive caddy and sata cables
