Although it claimed to cook at high temperatures, when cooking a 6 oz steak at the highest setting, after 12 minutes, it was still raw (cold) red in the center. I returned for full refund. I totally SUCKED!!!!

Reaches 1500 degrees very fast, sears perfectly. I am very disappointed at how small the actual sear burner is. It’s ideal for a single 1/2 pound burger patty or one 8oz fillet at a time. It should be marketed as a “personal grill.”

Not worth the hassle

I dont think this works as well as they claim. I followed the directions and recipe book and meat was barely cooked. It did not sear well and I had to lower the meat and keep it in for alot longer than they suggest. Was still raw in the middle. Its not worth having a stand alone appliance for this unless it really worked well.

It’s built like the space shuttle

The quality is amazing, it looks like a piece of artwork, but none of that matters, it makes the most amazing steaks and burgers in the world. The first thing I cooked was a 3/4 lb burger. It was by for the juiciest burger cooked to perfection of medium rare. Then we cooked steaks the next weekend and you can not get a crust like that any other way and continue to keep a medium rare all the way through.

Awesome machine heats up to 1550
Cooks a nice steak in about 4 mins per side. All grills n tray pieces are dishwasher safe. Got this for my mom and dad he 88 and grills now inside during the winter months. He can’t be happier.
