This is a backup chair in my studio. I often sit at the computer for several hours at a time. My sciatic nerve becomes inflamed. I will use this chair when that condition interferes with my ability to continue working in my standard office chair. Overall good- hurts the shins a little but I think I will get used to it. Great for back pain. I have no more back pain at work at all. Great for posture. Knee pads could be angled more and I fear they will lose their padding quickly, but overall good alternative chair.

What A Difference This Chair Makes!

I spend many hours at the computer and with a messy back at L 3, 4 & 5, that can be a real challenge. This chair has made a significant difference in my mobility after sitting for long periods. I have also experienced significantly reduced pain. I couldn't be happier.

Great Chair

I found 4 different ways to sit in this chair and they are all comfortable. My desk and chair can fit in a 3x3 foot box which makes it easy to squeeze in any corner of the house. For a bigger person the padding may not be thick enough but it works great for my smaller frame (5'8 130 lbs.).

Back Never Felt Better

Always wanted one of these. Takes a bit of getting used to before you can appreciate the benefits. Very difficult to assemble. Back has never felt better and my posture is great now.

Not For Shorties

I have bulging discs and was told to get a kneeling chair. I sit all day at work and my old chair was causing pain. I bought this chair and after two days I could tell a difference. I didn't have the pain in my lower back at the end of the day like I did before. I am 5'2 though and this chair is not adjustable. For my shins to rest comfortably on the knee pads I have to sit almost on the end

Bought this for my husband who has severe acute sciatic pain. Sitting is near impossible. The chair helps some and I believe it will prove to be a good investment.
