Exactly As Expected, But Better!

For my height (5'4"), the neck height (back of chair) is perfect. Personally I love the chair, yet it may not be as comfortable for taller people.

This is a truly GREAT chair which is also stylish and very comfortable. I sit in it for 6 to 8 hours a day. Delivery was quick and I couldn't be happier. My handyman grumbled a bit while putting it together as he thought the screws were way too small. But after reading other reviews, I told him they were they were the right size. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE TIMELY METHOD IT WAS DELIVERED. IT IS A VERY COMFORTABLE CHAIR AND SO EXCITED TO FIND THE WHITE. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHAIR. A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Would Still Buy It Again.

The chair arrived on time. Assembly was easy for this 60 something female. The brace in the chair back was not centered accurately so the back did not attach to the seat so that the seams in the upholstry match up. All was nearly assembled when the very last bolt could not be used due to a chunk of metal in the bolt head preventing the hex wrench from being inserted. After a trip to the hardwa

Bought the chair last week and I have been using it 6-8 hours each day. The quaility is very good for the price. True white leather color. Easy to assemble. It is very comfortable and has some lumbar support. The height can be regulated. Chair rolls well. The only thing I would add is some back adjustment option so you can recline more or less. I purchased this chair 5 weks ago and I am very happy with the amazing finishing, quality, comfort and price. I read some reviews stating that the chair cannot be adjusted... WRONG! If you read the manual, you will learn how to do it.
