I like it. It is solid and built well and to last. Good lumbar support. Adjustments are easy.
I wish the fabric of the seat wasn't so slippery as I seem to slide forward a lot. I wish the seat was deeper and the back higher but minor things overall.

Not as durable as I believe it should be

I ordered this almost exactly a year ago to the day. I will say, it was pretty easy to assemble and fairly comfortable. BUT, it doesn't last long. the pad on the arm has cracked, a wheel has come loose and is now wobbly and the fabric on the seat has torn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
