The first disappointment was the product arrived with a paint chip out of the front of one of the arms. Not a major deal, but shows a black mark on top of the nice shiny silver. Putting the arms on the chair is next to impossible the way the holes line up. It took all my strength to get the second holes on each arm to line up to get the bolt in. Speaking of the arms, the height of the arms is too high in my opinion. To rest your arms on the top of the chair arms you have to scrunch your shoulders up a bit. Not ideal. Also, the adjustable lever takes some work to actually get it to move up/down and tilt. On the plus side the seat itself is very comfortable as is the lumbar support in the back. Overall I would not buy this one again but not worth the hassle of sending it back.

Very sturdy and comfortable chair.Certainly met all my expectation.Overall assembly was easy,but joining the bottom and back could use an extra set of hands.I definitely recommend this chair.A great buy!

Shipped timely and packed well.All parts wrapped and protected during shipment.Easy to assemble.Has a rich appearance,comfortable with nice back support. Great chair for the price from this supplier. You can purchase this one with confidence if you looking for a quality office type desk chair on a budget.

Very Good Chair

I work from home and sit at my desk all day. My last chair broke after 5 years and I needed a new one quickly. I went on a number of sites and decided on this chair. I am really glad I did. It is easy to assemble and looks like it cost much more then it did. Bur best of all, it is really comfortable!!

I purchased this chair going on almost two weeks ago now after the one I had had for two years finally gave out wheels weld was broken on two years. This chair is super comfortable! It was easy to put together. I weigh around 235 and needed to make sure that the chair could stand up to my load and the amount of hours I spend working from home. So far so good. Will adjust review if needed.

Doesn't provide the comfort of a 300 dollar chair, but for the price it's really a nice chair. Has wide profile for those that a little bigger than normal. Looks like an executive chair and the embroidery was very nicely done.
