Completely upset with purchase

Hi,
I have bought this chair monthe ago and it came with missing arm rest screws. I have contacted the Homesense the retailer and they have not send anything yet to me. Apart from that the chair is build with very poor construction, the button on the sitting cushion start coming out under the month. This is completely garbage product and not worth of money what they are charging us. The service for the replacement is also very poor, the manufacturer or Homesense are not care about customer. I urge each an every one to stay away from this scrap. I am more happy with Lazyboy or Serta chair than this scrap.
It also making squeaking noise while tilting, so please avoid this product and save your money for better option.
