Delivery was as promised; pretty quick after ordering; Assembly was relatively easy though a little tricky for arm alignment when doing it yourself; Assembled product looks good, feels good, and is worth the price.

My husbands chair had broke, and needed a new one. I had looked all over for a replacement to no avail. Then I stumbled across Bizchair. This chair just looked like the one. I loved the way it looked with all the support in the right places. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and the feel and comfort is just amazing. My husband loves it.
