The chair is comfortable. I weigh 200 pounds and find it virtually impossible to lean back and have the back move but I knew that could be an issue from other reviewers prior to purchasing the chair.The arms are a bit hard but there is a little padding you can feel if you push in on the "material".. They're shaped nicely and better than a simple plastic armrest.
I was concerned when the chair arrived as the box was pretty beaten up. But I checked carefully and all the parts were accounted for and damage free. The assembly instructions are clear with everything numbered and the chair went together reasonably easy. Overall I am pleased with my purchase decision.

Best Chair I Have Ever Owned

This chair was definitely all it was described to be and more. The padding is absolutely heavenly. I have already clocked several hours in this chair and it has been wonderful. It was a bit challenging to put together by myself but was not impossible. This is definitely a chair that will last a good long time you can tell. I am very impressed with this chair. I am very happy with my decision and my purchase.

Excellent Chair

Ordered this chair as a computer chair and had been having back problems, this chair seems to have all but stopped that. The seat and back are very comfortable and it moves with ease. The only issue id say is that its hard to lean back for someone not so heavy, im 300 lbs and its easy for me but my wife can't lean back in it, not a big deal since i bought it for me. So far this chair exceeded expectations and im loving it, also super simple to put together took me about 30 mins total.

I weigh 260...love this chair really feels like it will last much longer than my last Staples chairs...about 1 every 2 years...we shall see

Bought this chair about a month ago & we’re impressed. Had a couple of other chairs that were supposedly for big & tall but didn’t hold up. This one is very comfortable whether you weigh 170 or 350. We are 5’5”, 5’8, and 5’11” and this chair provides good support. Lumbar area inflates/adjusts with knob. Easy to put together.

The chair went together fairly easily and is a beautiful saddle leather. It's not quite as comfortable as it looks, but it's definitely a serviceable chair. It does move back as expected, and is very adjustable. I would recommend this chair for purchase for either a home or office site.
