Beware - Ovens Stopped Working

We purchased and installed this backguard for our new 48" range and found both lower ovens stopped working. After a service call and waiting a month for the service people to get range parts, they installed the new parts and ovens still didn't work. After some internal support calls the serviceman decided to remove the 9" backguard, reinstalled the range original short backguard and ovens worked correctly again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
