So far the chairs have been great. We did have a little problem with one chair that we ordered and it was missing a roller. All is well now.

I sit in a chair all day in front of a computer. This chair is wonderful. It is very comfortable. I guess the only negative would be that on my plastic floor covering, it rolls a lot when I would just like to lock it in place.

Adjustable arm and back and how high it sit I have long legs and this is the first chair that I have had that sits high enough that I do not plop down in it !
