My daughter has this chair in her home office. I liked it so much that I ordered one too. I really like this chair and looks great in my office.
The only scary thing was that the box arrived torn in several places and the chair legs were sticking out. Luckily the chair appeared not damaged.

Good chair, but quality issues...

I didn't even make it 2 steps in without hitting my first issue.
One of the threaded inserts on the seatback seemed to be defective, which made screwing in one of the screws for the arm all the way impossible. After screwing it in about 1/3 of the way in, it would completely seize up and no amount of force would get it to screw in all the way. I tried unscrewing it all the way out and trying again, trying different screws, and making absolutely sure I wasn't cross threading it somehow, but nothing helped. I even ended up stripping their included allen wrench trying. Luckily, assembling the rest of the chair added enough rigidity so that the screw being loose didn't have much of an affect overall.
Then, when putting in the screws to attach the seat to the seatback, I, again, hit another issue with a threaded insert. The screw seized up, and when attempting to remove it the threaded insert completely detached from the seat and spun freely with the screw. Now that screw is impossible to get out again and is permanently stuck being about 1/3 of the way in. Luckily again, I was able to work around it so it doesn't affect the rigidity of the chair.
Because of the stuck screws, I couldn't return it even if I wanted to because I can no longer take it apart. I'm disappointed in the quality. It's a good thing that it's at least comfortable.
