Sturdy. easy to set up. Great value. Comfy and supports my lower back with sturdy chair back. I purposely bought this chair to help my lower back probs and it definitely does that.

I did a lot of research on office chairs and decided on this one. I'm glad I did! It's very comfortable and I really like the blue color. It was also easy to put together. I haven't had it long, we'll see how well it holds up. But at this point, I'm very happy with it. Wish I would had decided to get a new chair sooner!

When the chair arrived in pieces in a large box I was daunted. I thought how will I, a mechanically challenged senior citizen, ever assemble this large chair? Well 20 minutes after unpacking the box and reviewing the easy to understand directions it was together and rolling into my home office. Not only was it easy to put together but it was one heck of a bargain.You cannot go wrong with this purchase!

Quality Issues

I received this last week and put it together today. One prethreaded hole on the bottom of the seat and another on the back did not work as expected with the provided screws. The hex wrench has been completely stripped trying to get these two screws into the chair. I had another of the correct size and used that in addition. I am still unable to get the screw fully into the seat. I was finally able to get the back secured properly.
Also, the lever for height adjustment interferes with the piston that controls the height, so every time I sit down, lean back, or shift in the chair, they make noise.
I will be returning this, assuming I am able to disassemble with the faulty screws.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
