Doesn't tilt as described

Just purchased this chair. Doesn't tilt as described - there is a handle with pictures showing the tilting, but it doesn't do anything. No instructions included on how to work the features of the chair. Reviews are correct - much easier with 2 people to safely assemble.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello.
We do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate your order, but would love the opportunity to correct the issue.
As a short-waisted woman, I've always had troubled getting a normal office chair--including Miller's Aeron chair--to provide the height I needed. This one does it! I do have one complaint, however, and that is that the chair scratches and scuffs very easily. Also, if you're a slight woman you will need a second person to help with assembly. It's too difficult to line up and hold the chair back onto the bottom portion on your own. Trying it by myself is how the chair became so scratched.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Arrived Perfectly!

Arrived on time and unharmed - easy to put together! Love this chair!
I purchased this chair to take an occasional break from my stand-up desk and am very pleased with the style and comfort. It works perfectly in my home office! I particularly like the support it provides for my sometimes achy lower back.
Now that I am working from home more, I thought buying my new office chair was a great idea. My new chair is very comfortable, and I like all of the features!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Chair, But . . .

This chair arrived today, and I set about assembling it. All went well until I got to the portion where you attach the seat to the seatback. As an older woman doing this alone, it proved to be nearly impossible to accomplish I did get it done, but with lots of swearing. I had to resort to propping one portion on a box in order to line the screw holes up. Manufacturers never line the screw holes properly. Also, it scratches VERY easily. Even pulling the sticker off lifted some of the paint. So beware. However, it is quite comfortable and I think I'll be quite happy.
I’ve used this chair for only a couple of weeks. It’s so comfortable and supportive. I recommend it to anyone suffering from sciatica or other back issues.
