I'm really impressed with how great this chair looks. I wasn't expecting much at such a low price but it really is nice. The leather is pretty. I also ordered the couch/loveseat/chair set and I've heard many compliments regarding how great all the furniture looks. I'm really satisfied with it all.

Very poor quality after 2 years of use

We purchased this chair from BizChair.com's sister company ReceptionFurniture4Less.com for our waiting room that receives a fair amount of use. It is the exact name with the exact same model number. The surface began to peel off after 2 years of use as if it was painted on. Although these chairs look great when first received, the leather/vinyl material is very poor quality. This is not due to abuse or abnormal use, just poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and the first thing I noticed is how sleek these chairs look. They have mid backs, the arm rests are ample, and I sink a little when I sit down.

We have purchased these chairs three times over the years and have always been pleased with them until this time. The fit and finish has notably declined. The leather is shinier, which is really only noticeable side by side with the older ones, but the fit is sloppy - resulting in a wavy finish rather than the snug finish of previous chairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
