[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is I didn't expect the top notch performance from an Ultra Short Projector! I am really impressed how well this LG HU715QW has done in my viewing tests. I think LG has definitely put a lot of thought to the outcome of this projector as they polished WebOS - the interface that runs the HU715QW as well as picture quality. I mean this simply and beautifully compares to my LG G1 OLED TV only outperforms it size as I can enjoy the movie in a size bigger that my 77" G1 can do. The 4K picture is stunning, the contrast is tuned, the blacks are great and color reproduction is truly something to behold. I found it easy to set up and it was beaming a beautiful scene from an HDR 4K source within minutes. There are so many useful internal settings available for someone like me who likes to dive deep and explore the potential. And I must say there are lots of potentials with this excellent performer. The LG HU715Q generates 2,500 ANSI lumens with a laser light source which is a winner in my book. I found the interface was snappy, lots of great available apps, I also set up the Home Dashboard which allowed me to control all my ThinQ devices I have at home: from LG smart washing machine to my LG Robotic vacuum R9. The remote is very familiar to me as well and feels very comfortable to operate, but in the future I'd prefer something a bit smaller and more stylish. The sound is something I was also very surprised to hear, the built in 40 W speakers are great and reproduce excellent sound, and if you want a more powerful punch connect any soundbar and subwoofer and you will be enjoying your cinematic experience in your home. I would definitely recommend this projector to anyone who is looking to have a home theater setup with no crazy modifications as this projector simply needs to be placed by the wall literally within inches and show you the impressive picture that you will be very happy with!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty happy with my new short throw projector. Previously I had a standard projector but after moving things around I decided a short throw would work better. It works really well, it can create a huge picture being just few inches away from the wall. The picture quality is great, you can really see the detail in 4k video. I’m using the cinema mode and it provides life like colors. It gets really bright with the laser light engine. I’m glad I won’t have to replace any expensive bulbs. This projector runs WebOS so you can install all of the popular streaming services and it’s all built in. The remote is a magic remote so that’s great. I do wish they would have moved to the newer LG remote that comes with LG tv’s now. The built-in speakers sound pretty good, it’s like a mini soundbar. Overall, I have really enjoyed this projector and would recommend it if your looking for a new 4k short throw projector.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great short throw 4k projector. You can see the detail in the picture when i throw on some 4k Netflix. I love watching movies on it, i don't have to go to the theater anymore. The colors look great and it gets very bright. I bought the laser projector so i wouldn't have to worry about replacing anything. It turns on quickly and its just much better than my old projector. LG did a good job on this design, it looks good and the built in speakers work pretty good. I would recommend it if your looking for a new projector.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I doubted if a big screen tv could be better acquisition than a 4K laser projector, chose the projector and I don’t regret , my entire family is in love with this machine . Screen size 120 inches, resolution and the possibility to chose different show picture style , vivid for documentaries, cinema for filmes is something I could no find on TV set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoyed the product, colors are very bright and picture is very crisp, I had some minor problem with the project but lg was very quick to address the issue.

Great value for money. Amazing picture quality and decent contrast and color representation for the price point. Sound handling is excellent. Setting up was easy, WebOS presents easy navigation and clean interface but wished it had better support for more apps. The browser is very responsive and did not see that crashing ever. I could hear some fan noise occasionally as I use it in a small room. I don’t use it for games, so no complaints there. I did have couple of minor issues where the colors faded and video cut out while watching YouTube but this did not reoccur.
