Gpu fans stop and start again

Whenever I’m playing for 2 hrs or more, the fans stop spinning and make a sound and instantly spin back on and so forth. I don’t know any fix to this but overall the card works great
I would recommend this to a friend!

I plugged this EVGA RTX 3050 GPU into a 2009 CPU last year (intel model#950 3.3 Ghz,1066Mhz ram gen3 PCI) Games like world of war ships hit about 110fps maximum setting 1920x1080p gpu100% cpu41%
I use V/sync 60htz the GPU 41% and is very quiet. CPU 14%
The lighting, shadow effects and textures are amazing.
I updated my CPU and ram sept,1 this year, I5 12400f 3.2Ghz ram, frames still locked at 60fps and WOW.. silky smooth game play. GPU load 41% CPU 7%. still v sync 60fps 1920x1080p.
Red Dead redemption that uses the Unreal Graphics engine same rez 60fps GPU 7% load CPU 10%. i5 12400f, 3.2Ghz ram.
