Awful reliability and customer service

This microwave continually blows fuses when opening the door, it has proved impossible to get an engineer out. Customer service is non existent.
It is now out of warranty despite registering the fault within warranty.

Awesome Addition to New Kitchen

I usually have built-in above stove microwaves, but they are hard to reach and I didn't like leaning over a hot stove. This built-in is fantastic with the drop down door. It is easy to operate, has great settings and I love the timer! Also, it is quieter than expected when it operates. It really looks great in my new kitchen.

Just what I needed

Glad I don't have to pay for a convection feature which I don't need. There are few 30" built-in microwaves without the convection feature. Also glad that this stylish Frigidaire is one third the cost of replacing my competitor-brand which died after 10 years.
Lighting inside this Frigidaire is extremely dim. Plus the bulb placement is off-centre, so only the area directly underneath is lit. Once the condensation starts, it is nearly impossible to see inside to check the progress. This excessive condensation would explain why the fan continues to run for quite some time after the cooking is done. The inability to disperse this condensation might be worrisome since that was the demise of my previous unit.

Good Value!

The microwave works well and has a nice sized interior space for microwaving larger items. One criticism would be that if you buy the matching oven, the clock fonts do not match. Just something I thought would match as I bought the partnering oven too but they do not.

I bought this a months ago ago and has been working incredibly nice. The heat is good and looks also amazing. As compared to other built in microwaves it’s really a good competitor.
