Benchmark Induction Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this replacement drop in cooktop at hour home (replacing a traditional electric glass cooktop) a couple months ago. Have been very pleased with the instructions, process and most importantly the use of the new cooktop from Bosch. Wish we had made this change years ago!

Upgrade in Induction Cooktops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for an original Bosch Cooktop that was many years old. We transferred our basic skills in using the older cooktop easily and quickly. The addition of an expandable induction area for larger cookware or griddles was immediately useful. The WiFi communication was very convenient and fits in with our tech orientation. Also, the AutoChef function is challenging us to learn new cooking skills and use nuanced recipes. This was a great improvement to our kitchen.

Amazing improvement over electric cooktop

No more boiling over, burning or waiting forever for heated pan. It does take a learning curve to figure out the correct heat degree for various cooking options. Be patient. You must have induction compatible pots/pans but they are now available in most markets at various price points. So easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Temperature information is not lit. Almost impossible to discern prior to selection. Also, right rear burner too sensitive to weight. My large induction fry pan only works on front burner.

incorrect information about compatible pots/pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before buying our NITP060SUC we read and researched which pots and pans were compatible with the induction cooktops. Bosch showed a picture of compatible pots and pans with little descriptive information but showed cast iron, stainless steel etc.. Now after the fact, our unit is up and running and the instruction book clarifies that not all stainless steel pots are compatible. either they were lazy or indifferent doesn't seem to matter now, as i'm out big bucks to replace pots and pans that don't work. No, Bosch did not say in their sales broches that some stainless steel won't work. in their user manual it does say only certain stainless steel with "ferromagnetic" compostition will work. It's hard to know if Bosch is lazy or indifferent or only looking for sales. Bosch used to mean something, regarding quality and honesty, now i'm no longer conviced this is the case.

Models just get better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch Induction cooktop. The first was over 10 years old and had an unfortunate accident that broke the glass top. This new model surprised us with its automated cooking controls and wireless capability. Same great cooking power and control, but even more convenient and connected.
