Best investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a gas stove for 25 years. Moved to a new home that only had electric or propane options. We tried cooking for 4 years with the electric stove and there is no way to control the heat. A few neighbors had this Bosch induction model and really liked it so we bought one. What a difference in the ease and efficiency of stove top cooking. We did have to buy new pots and pans but opted to only buy those that we needed/used. It's not necessary to buy a full set only to have some just take up storage space. The power boost for bringing water to boil lives up to its name. Would recommend this stove to anyone who can only have electric in there area.

Wonderful cooktop

Is a pleasure to use! Was a learning curve on how to use but am now used to the touch and am amazed at the control when cooking. Fast warmups and consistent temps make cooking a joy. Very easy cleanup. Nothing gets burned on. Was a great choice for our kitchen!

Glass top chipped

Here’s a revised version I purchased an induction cooktop and was initially very happy with its quality. However, after just two years, the glass top has chipped along the side. Unfortunately, the warranty only covers one year, so it’s no longer valid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the Bosch 500 series frameless induction cooktop and are beyond satisfied and thrilled for so many reasons. Coming from a gas cooktop that took forever for a pot of water to boil, the Bosch induction cooktop boils a full pot of water in minutes. It also has a speed boost option that will even boil the water faster. When you place your pot or pan on the burner and turn on the cooktop, it automatically selects that burner and all you have to do is select your desired heat number. Unlike our gas cooktop that was impossible to control the flame to get a simmer, the 500 series induction cooktop allows you to select the precise amount of heat you desire. Cleaning is a breeze! Simply just wipe the surface clean. No more heavy grates to lift off and clean. No more scrubbing in between the grooves. The Bosch induction cooktop is sleek, smooth and shiny. It looks like a flatscreen TV in your countertop! It's so innovative that the design for the burners are crisscross lines as opposed to circles. With our new frameless Bosch induction cooktop, cooking is a pleasure, accurate and most of all fast!
