Second Bosch Kitchen Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! It took 3.5 months to ship from the date of order. The style and esthetics are pleasing and modern. Our old Maytag cooktop lasted 10 years before it stopped igniting. Hopefully, Bosch will last even longer. The stove heads on Bosch are not completely sealed as the Maytag one. We wonder if occasional spills will seep down and ruin the electronics below the heads.

Love My Bosch Gas Cooktop

I absolutely love my Bosch gas cooktop for many reasons. I love the ease of controlling the heat, I love that it's easy to clean, and I love the way it looks in my kitchen.

Looks good performance, not so much

I purchased a brand new home and this was the appliance package that was installed. The cooktop does not light consistently. Sometimes I have to try up to ten tries to get the burner to ingnite. To make it worse, its very inconsistent. Sometimes this happens and sometimes it doesn't. I've had two other cooktops in my at home "cooking career" and I've never experienced anything like this. It's very disappointing. Especially with a new build.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
