[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason for 3 stars is that this model does not have a setting to automatically shut off the burner when the timer goes off. Even with the phone app. Very disappointing. I replaced an older model 800 series which had this function. I used it every time I cooked. I am guessing Bosch made this modification to keep people from leaving the house with the cooktop on. I used it exclusively when working from home. It was very useful in helping me avoid stopping whatever I was working on and walking into the kitchen to shut off the cooktop. Other than this, I highly recommend this product. Sleek. Beautiful. Easy to use. Powerful yet gentle when needed. As someone who cooks most meals, this is an invaluable tool!

800 Series Induction Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During our recent remodel we upgraded to the Bosch 800 Series Induction Cooktop (NIT8660SUC) We have been loving it so far! Meals are fast and efficient! Its incrediable to see the difference from our old electric cooktop and is very user friendly. Induction was a great choice for us! Looking forward to the holidays - Thank you Bosch!

I love the look of the cooktop, it has a great area for pots/pans and the panel to operate the unit. The panel is easy to use and cooktop is easy to clean and keep clean. The only think I'm not crazy about is the slight humming noise it makes when operating it. I can also use induction pads that allow me to use my aluminum popcorn maker, which is a real plus. Picture not so great, but it's what I had on file.

Home Connect difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very difficult to register and connect this product to Home Connect and it seems there is no option to use Home Connect on a laptop, pad, or desktop computer. In fact, we have not been able to work it out and tried calling Bosch Home Appliances and listened to 8 minutes of their music before giving up and hanging up. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
