Easy to use, incredibly responsive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We think the touch control responds quicker than our previous Bosch gas cooktop. Boiled 6 quarts of water in under 15 minutes without boost. Easy to clean, sleek look. No open flame. Just can't figure out why I need to connect to my phone other than a tech using for diagnostics.

Amazing cooktop

I had a gas cooktop that was a poor performer. I had to wait at least ten minutes for water to boil. After much reading and product comparisons I decided to purchase the Bosch induction cooktop. It was a decision I wish I had made years earlier. The control of each burner allows me to rapidly boil water with boost as well as control the heat for all other cooking. I appreciate the different sizes of the burners as they match my pots and pans perfectly. I primarily use All Clad and cast iron.

Nice cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first purchase of an induction cooktop. I am very satisfied with the efficiency of the unit. The installation was quick and worked easily with our old electric setup. I really like that cleanup is easier than an electric model in that your foods don't burn onto the cooktop. This model has a rapid boil feature that is fantastic. My only complaint is if the control panel becomes wet, it beeps and won't work until it's dry. This complaint is not something that would deter me from purchasing this unit again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with induction cooking and I love it. The pans heat quickly and evenly and the surface doesn't get hot like the regular glass tops, so food doesn't get cooked on so it is easy to keep clean and looks beautiful.

Big Improvement Over Our Old Electric Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Bosch induction cooktop responds very quickly to changes in the heat setting just as we were hoping for. Except for one stock pot, all of our existing cookware is compatible with it. The SpeedBoost allows us to bring water to a boil as quickly as using an electric kettle. Our old cooktop used a 30A/240V circuit which is the same as needed for this cooktop; many other induction cooktops require a 40A/240V circuit.
The power settings take a little getting used to as they are numeric (1-9 in 0.5 increments) as opposed to "low," "medium," "high," etc. We are still getting famiarized with frying using the AutoChef function which instead uses power settings 1-5 (in whole increments).
So far, we a very pleased with our decision to purchase this cooktop!

Just installed today

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long supply chain delay, I picked up today my Bosch NIT8060 and installed. I switched out a 16 year old standard cooktop for the induction cooktop. I installed myself, and the only issue was that I had to purchase a 30 amp circuit breaker to replace the previous cooktop's 40 amp. After a few test runs, I have to say the Bosch induction cooktop is amazing. Boiling water is as amazingly fast as promised. I'm looking forward to cooking at home for my family with much better control of temps than my old standard cooktop.
