We used it for the first time yesterday. It was simple to operate, nothing too fancy. The safety feature that alerts that the eye is still hot is great.

Cooktop was installed 10/31/49. One day is difficult to review a product. However, it has the bells and whistles we were looking for in a cooktop. Very state of the art, can't beat Bosch products, good instruction manual and professional installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Gas Cooktop

Basic gas cooktop not a great design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop was poorly designed in my opinion as the simmer burner is in the front left position where I need a large burner for cooking in a large saucepan or frying pan. It looks nice and I like the large burner in the center for fast heating of water. The writing on the controls is very faint and hard to see.

Good cooktop but weird configuration

The simmering burner is in front (prime location!), the highest burner is in the back but overall efficient. If they had exchanged position on these 2 burners it would be perfect.
Love the burners stay lit when still hot.
