The grill grates are not even. One is very small, the other very large. The large one is too big to lay flat in my oversized kitchen sink which makes it very difficult to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback on the grates. Our new Weber Crafted grates are designed with a 60/40 split to fit the Weber Crafted Grillware collection which will allow you to sear, roast, steam, crisp, bake and more!
You can also just keep the grates right on the grill to clean them, simply preheat your grill on high for 15 minutes and brush them clean with a Weber stainless steel grill brush and you will be good to go!
