So easy and light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used several times now. So much easier than my heavy upright. It is light and the stairs are a breeze and don't kill my back. The receptacle for waste is a bit small but other than that has been a joy to use. Haven't been able to find/purchase the hard wood floor attachment though. Would like to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for several months. I have owned many cordless vacs prior. This one is nothing special. It works and kudos! it comes with 2 batteries. Now, for some reason my batteries both died- won't recharge but I called LG and they are sending new batteries without a hassle. As it should be. Now, what I hate about this unit is the upholstery "brush", It's not a brush at all. Its a rubber thing with bumps. Doesn't work. What I love: the push-down lever in the dirt tank. Love this! So, thumbs down on the upholstery brush, thumbs up on the dirt tank lever. Overall, before the batteries would not charge it seemed to work fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the battery life. It needs a light and the hard floor nozzle is loud and it sounds like it is hard on my floors. I've noticed scuffing where I have swept cat litter. Mine also had a sour smell even though I clean filters regularly. Emptying is not bad except getting the dirt around the seals in the bottom is difficult

Good vacuum but some serious flaws.

I bought the vacuum a little under a year ago. The vacuum head works great on tile or hard floors but using it on a medium pile carpet seems to age it like dog years. The head now makes a terrible sound when engaging the bristles and only spins intermittently. I tried replacing the brush but to no avail.

Silent but Deadly...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ... perhaps a little extreme on the title Yes. However this machine is easy on the ears decibel level wise yet is very powerful cleaning both all my rugs and my primary hard floating vinyl studio floor.
I'm a one & done type GUY and having a B/U battery and a filter system that doesn't need a replacement subscription. H2o (water) cleans all the filters. Bottom Line... just try one you'll be thanking LG & maybe me.
