Good vacuum but with some flaws.

I’ve had this for a few months now. Overall a good vacuum but the head does not pick up everything. Not sure how to explain it but it just pushes some things around instead of sucking them up on my hard wood floor.

I like the turbo suction and the ease of emptying the dirt collector but the battery only lasts 15 to 20 minutes and with both batteries I can only do two rooms at a time

I’m a Dyson man by nature firmly believe and stand by their products but I was able to grab the lg for a rest deal so I tried it out. I absolutely love the two batteries I think it’s a genius idea and the suction is amazing. We don’t have carpets so it’s mainly the tile floor and concrete however we do have one long hair black cat. But know one would ever know thanks to your vacuum. It prevents her hair from ending up everywhere and keeps me sane. I use all of the attachments the upholstery tool might be my favorite I use it on my mattress in my car and everywhere. The one thing I didn’t care for is the waste disposal button. And that little ejector button. Mine got stuck so of course I had to take that screw out to get the waste out and I could never get it back on unfortunately. And I do feel like the machine itself is loosing suction. And I deeply clean that thing periodically because I’m a dust freak and I hate dirt but it’s still doesn’t work the same as when I first purchased it. But m satisfied I would have loved to try the mopping attachments that you sell for it as well
