Convenient and easy storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago and am very happy that it comes with two batteries for double the run time and stored conveniently on a stand instead of mounted on a wall like most other cordless vacuums. I don't like it doesn't have a place to store all tools and no adapter for hard floors. You have to use the brush which throws dirt on hardwood floors and it doesn't adjust up for heavy carpet.

excellent cleaning and charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a shark robot vacuumed but I needed something that is quick and easy to use in between. love it so much! it has 2 battery packs one even sits in the charge spot. I vacuumed my entire house and it never ran out of charge. This is worth the price if you are looking for a good stick and canister for pets. Also I own several LG products and love them all and the IQ app. I have to order the pet part(vac bottom attachment) that didn't come with it though.

So far it meets the descriptions before the purchase. Found this to be much better than an Oreck that I have had for a few yearsof the same type that did not meet the standards and battery life as the LG.

Vacuum has amazing features and can be used on multiple surfaces with the multiple attachments available. Collecting chamber is large and does not require frequent emptying. Super user friendly!

Good vacuum but with some flaws.

I’ve had this for a few months now. Overall a good vacuum but the head does not pick up everything. Not sure how to explain it but it just pushes some things around instead of sucking them up on my hard wood floor.

Short battery life

I like the turbo suction and the ease of emptying the dirt collector but the battery only lasts 15 to 20 minutes and with both batteries I can only do two rooms at a time
