Doesn't work right out of the box!

Lower oven doesn't work. Keeps saying door open. Have reset the button and flipped the breaker/power but still not working!

Good oven with easy to use controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for an easy to install oven that was easy to operate. This oven fit well into the existing cavity and the display is easy to read and operate. Plus, it is larger than most at 5.3 cubic foot. Definitely recommend.

Great oven purchase

It’s large size and sleek finishes are perfect. It preheats amazingly fast, cooks evenly and is very intuitive. Best appliance purchase of the decade!

Lower oven has never worked and I’ve tried three times to call and can never get through to tech.

The service call center is terrible. I’ve tried numerous times with no luck. Every time I call I get transferred to a bunch of different places and then end up having the call dropped. I would not recommend Frigidaire, because is something goes wrong you’ll never get it repaired on warranty.
