All good but curious about one thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven looks nice and seems to be a huge improvement over our last one which was 20 years old!! This one has a habit of running the convection fam in both bake and convection bake modes, which makes me wonder what the difference is. It also puts out a lot of heat into the kitchen ( feature for a faster cool down?)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the oven does it's job so far- it cooks fine HOWEVER- I'm not loving the limited options on programming. I wish there were numbers to just dial in a temp instead of a + and - that go up and down one increment at a time for the first few then 5 degrees. Maybe I'm OCD but who cooks at 387degrees. Maybe it's also a C and F difference and stupid american system?? Overall - for the price I expected a bit more features
