Very nice features; great customer support

We are getting the problem resolved here very soon and look forward to using the full functionality of the ovens. Installation was a breeze. Many thanks for the great customer service!

Control Panel problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the Oven was received and installed, the control panel was bent. Service provide came and said we needed a new one but it was coming from China so they did not know when it would be here. To date it has not arrived.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this oven installed about 2 weeks ago. It was a bit larger than our previous one so we had more difficulty getting the cords from the oven and cooktop placed so that the oven fit into the back of the cabinet space. It preheats and cools slowly.

Great drop-in replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In comparing replacement double ovens, Frigidaire stood out as offering the best combination of feature set and value. We chose this model as it was a drop-in replacement for the available cutout. Other than needing an longer electrical pigtail, the installation went smoothly and the oven performance has been excellent.
