Uneven cooking temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this oven particularly when baking. I baked cookies and bread and they either were undercooked or quickly burned. The upper oven is particularly bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed to learn you are not getting the best performance from your wall oven.
As your cookware age and become discolored, cooking times may need to be reduced slightly. If your food is too dark or overcooked, use the minimum cook time in the recipe or packaging. If your food is too light or undercooked, use the middle to maximum cook time in the recipe or packaging.
Did you know? Your appliance has been factory calibrated and tested to ensure an accurate baking temperature. If you feel your oven is cooking too hot or too cool for your recipe times, you can adjust the control so, the oven cooks hotter or cooler than the temperature displayed. For further instructions, please review page 20 of your wall oven’s “Use & Care” guide.
Should you need further assistance, we can be reached by dialing 800-374-4432. Our Customer Care Team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am-8pm EST.

Beautiful appliance but it doesn’t work anymore

I bought this oven in February 18 and now it’s not working. I have used it about 9 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it a couple of weeks so I can't review it totally, but so far, so good. It seems to take a bit longer to warm up than my old one, but I think the fact that the bottom heating element is under the bottom floor rather that attached externally is great. Makes cleanup much easier.
