The reason I buy quality

I called in and within 3 minutes they had setup an appointment for their tech to come to my house in 2 days, It was only 4 days before Christmas yet they still had a tech out by me quickly, The repair was smooth and free of charge.
Whenever everything is perfect with a purchase it is easy to rate the unit at 5 stars, but the true testament to any company is their response to a service issue. I am now and forever confident that Frigidaire will remain my Home Appliance Company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this oven installed about a month ago and so far not very happy with it I have burned several things they are doughy in middle and burned on top! Temperature fluctuates

Features and setting easy to use and read

Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some problems we found with the oven is that it seems to take a long time to preheat. Also, it vents a lot of heat out the front when cooking and cooling down. This is not so bad in the winter but not good in the summer! On the plus side, the hidden heating elements are nice

Hey, Stretch353! Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We understand that the oven takes too long to preheat. Models with the hidden bake feature take a little longer to preheat. Times ranging from 10 to 17 minutes are normal to preheat to 350° F. Keep the oven door closed during
preheat to minimize the time required.
Please also know that the wall oven venting in front of the unit helps circulate the hot air from the unit to prevent the unit from overheating.

Amazing Double Oven with Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this double oven a little while back and it was installed during my kitchen renovation in August. The features of this oven are great and it is very easy to operate. I have baked, broiled and even kept things warm and not had any issues. Now when I have to cook two items for dinner, I don’t have to adjust temperatures and cooking time for one of the items so they will be finished at the same time. I can’t wait until I start my Christmas baking... by having the double oven, I will be able to make large quantities of cookies and baked goods in half the time. This comes in handy for the cookie/ treat trays I make and give out!!
So far I am very happy with this Frigidaire appliance. Point of interest: There is an odor when first using the ovens that is somewhat smelly, however it does dissipate after a few uses.

Very Modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled our kitchen and installed this double oven. It as a good choice. Never had a double oven before and now I do not see how I got along without one. This oven heats quickly and holds a constant temperature. My only complaint is that when using the timer on the name setting, when the timer goes off the oven shuts off. That means you must hover over the oven towards the end of the collecting cycle and constantly adjust the timer. If you remove the food from the oven and subsequently need to put it back in, the oven goes through the heating cycle all over again. I do not like this feature, but that is my opinion.
