So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was installed about a week ago. We've used it a few times and it seems to be working just fine. The buttons require a firm pressure to activate -- this isn't a problem, it was just not what we expected. The oven that this unit replaced (a different brand) had similar touch pad buttons but didn't have to press as hard.

Delivery to my home was huge factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this when Covid was making ordering and delivery difficult. So pleased when it was delivered to our home as we live 60 miles from the nearest town. When damage has been resolved, it will be fantastic. I’m adjusting times and temperatures as it cooks very hot, but evenly. Even surfaces and straight racks are a big plus. Controls are easy to use. Customer service is exemplary. I’m very happy with this set of ovens.

Nice oven, but s l o w preheat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to suddenly replace my oven. There’s a shortage of all appliances currently so bought the only one I could find, a Frigidaire. It’s a nice oven, temp is accurate but is incredibly slow to preheat!!
