Finally a flat screen, as sad as it sounds we actually miss that flat screen. The phone is fast and smooth, but it's not perfect, still freezes every now and then, like all other phones. The camera is good, i like the portrait mode, night mode is ok, not great. It charges fast and i do dig the new Android version. Overall happy with the phone

I love everything about this phone - both hardware and software. I love the weight and dimensions, brilliant 120Hz screen, and great cameras. I got the green and it looks so good. Android 12 and OneUI 4.1 are so refined and smooth. Definitely recommend this phone!
I was a long time iPhone user (including the 12 Pro) before trying a Note 20 Ultra and then a standard S21. The S21 was my previous favorite and if you have that one and cannot swing this one it is OK - it definitely an upgrade, but nothing monumental. Anything else and this is a treat!

The process was horrendous. The online system kept failing and I had to speak to three different people to finally get the order placed as the first two gave inaccurate information and were not helpful at all.
And then because of all the back and forth, bad information, stress of ordering - I forgot to order my accessories and missed out on the 50% off!!!
