Broken and No Service

This oven was installed in a brand new home we purchased in December. After 2 uses the oven stopped working. Frigidaire has scheduled and cancelled 5 yes 5 appointments. They've yet to come to the house to fix the oven. Unbelievable the lack of service and there is no sense of urgency on anyone's part. I will never buy a frigidaire product again

Arrived in the nick of time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One day after the installation, my sister arrived for our traditional Christmas cookie baking. We spent two days baking without a hitch. One week later it was Christmas dinner. The new oven had quite a workout and did not disappoint.
The black stainless steel is lovely in our kitchen, too.

The reason I buy quality

I called in and within 3 minutes they had setup an appointment for their tech to come to my house in 2 days, It was only 4 days before Christmas yet they still had a tech out by me quickly, The repair was smooth and free of charge.
Whenever everything is perfect with a purchase it is easy to rate the unit at 5 stars, but the true testament to any company is their response to a service issue. I am now and forever confident that Frigidaire will remain my Home Appliance Company.
