2 Problems so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beautiful double oven. When it was installed, the front had to be taken off and found a wire was not connected causing the panel not to work. This part fixed. Now waiting for part to come in because the heating elements do not work. I'd like to revisit my review once the oven actually works.

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was installed about a week ago. We've used it a few times and it seems to be working just fine. The buttons require a firm pressure to activate -- this isn't a problem, it was just not what we expected. The oven that this unit replaced (a different brand) had similar touch pad buttons but didn't have to press as hard.
