[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model because we needed a 27" double oven to replace our old one and there weren't a lot of options available. I am sure I will get used to it, but since the menu option for the upper and lower level are tabs instead of two distinct buttons, it is easy to get the two mixed up (I accidently turned on the upper oven that had bread rising instead of the lower oven that was empty). The upper oven works as expected; I have yet to try out all the various features of the oven.
The biggest issue I have is that only 3 days into having the oven, the lower oven will not always turn on. After starting to preheat for a minute, it will give an error and not allow you turn it on. We called out a repair person but could not get the oven to throw the error. Now a few weeks later we believe the issue is when we open the door prior to turning on the oven (to check to be sure there is nothing inside) then we get the error. So, now I have to call out a repair person again. Pretty frustrating for having spent so much on the oven.

Love this new wall oven

Sufficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new 27" double wall oven has been very sufficient. Our last one was not. It was giving us all kinds of different settings on temperatures. Cookies were over cooked and turkeys were under cooked one day and the next the opposite.
This oven has been doing what it says it's supposed to do and we are happy for it.
